So far so good. I came to this product because the previous one I bought a lifetime for went defunct. Customer service has been helpful getting started and when I had any questions they would answer within a timely manner. I haven’t tried all of the services offered yet because I’ve been so busy but I feel a lil at ease since they don’t keep my hanging waiting for a reply. Email was pretty easy to set up. One thing I have complained about was the navigation to access my hosting page. They gave me a link and I get in that way. I’m not sure if they have fixed that yet but I can get in through the link so I’m ok for now. I will update when I use more of the product

They offer a CDN and you can SSH. PHP centric templates offered. But you may want to go python or whatever. It's slow to upload things by SFTP. So, you have to think about this if you want something more than a brochure site.
